Crisis Text Line

The Crisis Text Line is a 24/7 text-based mental health support vehicle. A crisis doesn’t mean just thinking about ending your own life, but it includes any time you’re dealing with painful emotions and need additional help. Text “HOME” to 741741 to connect with a Crisis Counselor.
